Empowering Hispanic and first-generation students with essential life skills, shaping futures, and unlocking potential.
Gina Moreno is an entrepreneur, creative, and mental health advocate. After 6 years in Big Tech and engineering, including roles at Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, and Toyota, Gina has navigated her journey from a low-income background to achieving social mobility, as the first in her family to do so. Inspired by her own challenges and the “trailblazer toll,” Gina is driven to make a meaningful impact in her community. Through her business ventures, content creation, and public speaking, Gina is dedicated to addressing the disparities faced by first-generation Latine individuals. She is committed to facilitating access to higher education in STEM fields, navigating the complexities of the American system, and destigmatizing conversations around mental health.
Her tireless efforts are focused on empowering the next generation of trailblazers to move beyond mere survival and become advocates for themselves and their communities. Gina’s impactful dedication to democratizing these crucial topics has fostered partnerships with organizations such as MTV, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and SAMHSA. Her work has also been featured in prominent media outlets including Business Insider, Univision, and NBC. With a devoted following of over 90,000 on social media, Gina continues to inspire positive change and uplift those around her.
